Nutrition is what builds the foundation to our overall health and performance. You can come join Crossfit Tall City and do all the WOD’s you want but unless you have a good nutrition plan to go along with your workouts, it will undoubtedly limit the way you feel and perform. Crossfit highly promotes Paleo Diet and the Zone Diet. The Paleo Diet better known as the “Caveman Diet” has a general rule of thumb. If a caveman could eat it, then it is good to go. For more details, feel free to visit  The Zone Diet is just that, it zones in on the same general rules as the Paleo Diet but with more precise ratios of proteins, fats and carbohydrates and at what amount each person should consume.
